In 2023, I will be launching a NEW online training course.

The course will cover:

• Building your own authenticity through understanding your strengths, values and purpose.

• Do you need a 'personal brand'? Is 'charisma' real?

• How to build rapport and relationships that work.

• How to influence and advocate effectively in your workplace.

• What to do when things are tough - managing difficult conversations, feedback and conflict.

• How to negotiate and persuade effectively, and with authenticity.

• Applying all of this in a hybrid working environment.

The course will be entirely online and can be completed at your own pace, with recorded modules, a workbook and optional drop-in group coaching session.
