Price and invoicing

The price of the coaching programme is £300.

 

This covers:

• Six two-hour group coaching sessions

• Written resources and tasks supplied between sessions

• Access to online group support for 12 months

​

The full cost will be invoiced before the programme begins. Payment is due within 30 days of the date on the invoice.

​

Throughout the duration of the programme, you have the option to supplement with one to one coaching at a discounted rate. This will be invoiced separately and subject to a separate coaching agreement.

Coaching

 

At all times I will adhere to the ethics and standards of behaviour established by the International Coach Federation (ICF). www.coachfederation.org/ethics.  

 

During the programme, you remain responsible for creating and implementing your own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results arising out of or resulting from the coaching.

Cancellation and non-attendance

 

The course fee is non-refundable.

 

Session dates will be agreed with the group at the start of the programme. If you are unable to make an agreed date, please give as much notice as possible. If it is possible to rearrange, we will try to do so. If not, I will offer the option of a stand-alone 45 min call in place of the group session.

 

If you wish to leave the programme before it finishes, please notify me as soon as possible. I will move you to another group if this is possible.

Use of personal data

​

I will use and hold your personal data (name, job titles, employer, email) for the purposes of administrating the course only. This will be held securely.

​

As part of the programme, I will also send you my monthly email newsletter. You can unsubscribe from this at any time.

​

I will take notes during our sessions, and use these to prepare for the next. I will keep these notes during the course of the coaching programme and delete/destroy them six months after it finishes.

​

As part of maintaining my ICF Credentials, I need separately to record the name and contact information of participants for possible verification by the ICF. This is for the sole purpose of verifying coaching hours and no personal information or notes will be shared.
