Join me for this online training course where we'll dive deep into what it means to be a leader in a world full of change and uncertainty.
Why should you join us?
Things are tough right now. Lots of organisations are implementing big change. Pretty much all of us are working in a time of uncertainty.
It's exhausting. As a human, you're navigating this yourself, but as a leader you feel the pressure to show up for your team and have the answers they need.
This course is for anyone leading a team through change and/or uncertainty who wants a bit of space to think and reflect, and some useful tools to make it all feel a bit easier.

By the end of the day you will:

Understand the theory of change and how to successful implement change

Have useful structures and tools to communicate change

Understand how different people respond to change, and why

Understand the best way lead through uncertainty.

Consider your own response to change and uncertainty, and have some tools to manage those
how it works
This is an online course, but it is highly participatory. Please come prepared to join in with group and small group discussions and to reflect as we go. This will mean you'll ge tthe most out of it.
The course runs from 10am to 2pm with a 30 minute lunch break.
