What do I get?

A 90 min Strengths, Values and Goals coaching session - a structured session where we establish what matters to you, what you want to do more of and how you want to show up. You'll get a summary to take away and keep and we'll refer back to it as we work together.

6 x 90 min coaching sessions - in your first six months we'll have longer sessions to give you space and time to think deeply, reflect and find solutions.

6 x 60 min coaching sessions - in your second six months we'll move to shorter sessions, focusing on accountability and problem-solving.

Between three and six months later we'll have a 60 min check in and catch up session to reflect and check-in.
So, all in all, 17.5 hours of one to one coaching, plus additional resources when relevant.

I’m a fully-qualified and experienced executive coach who specialises in working with leaders in purpose-driven organisations.
That's my background, so I've been there and I get it.
I've worked with dozens of leaders like you, with over 200 hours of coaching experience altogether.
My coaching style is positive, forward-looking and down to earth. I want you to feel safe and supported, but I’m not afraid to ask a pertinent question or challenge your thinking. With a smile, of course.
How much does it cost?
The whole package is just £2,790 if you pay upfront.
Or, if you prefer, you can pay in 12 monthly instalments of £245
